It's a beautiful sunny day, and everything outside looks green and lush. I love days like today, everyone is happier and everything feels positive.
I took a few photos of some of the things in my garden to share with you.

This is the area of wild garden that we have. It is full of weeds, but the Buttercups and Forget-Me-Nots look lovely, peeking through the mass of greenery.

This is a tree we planted at the beginning of the year. It is about 4 feet tall now, and growing well. You can just see the rabbit ornament peeking out from underneath.

This is my lavender, which smells heavenly today. It is planted in a small bed, on its own, to stop it taking over the garden. My son decorated this bed with a flying bird decoration, and a ladybird on a stick.

This is my gargoyle, who has a lovely cheeky face.

Here is one of my Green Men. I have had him for about ten years, and he has survived several moves. It is always one of the first things I place in a new home.

I hope you have enjoyed this small peek into my garden. As it changes over the year, I hope to add more pictures, showing the changes we make.
We have a plan to build an arbour, so that when I want to get my witch on outside, I have some privacy and shelter.

About six or seven months ago, my husband bought a couple of rabbits as family pets. We were assured that they were both boys, and we named them Buzz and Woody. They have been very happily living outside in their hutch and run, and they enjoy being stroked and handled.
This evening, when my husband went to put the rabbits away in the hutch to keep them safe overnight, he found three extra rabbits in the enclosure. They appear to be approximately three weeks old, and I have no idea how they have remained hidden until this point. Not only are Buzz and Woody not brothers, they appear to be very good at hide and seek!

Today has been very exciting for me, creating this website and deciding what to put on it. I have managed a page on Facebook before, but the rules there are getting out of control, and this seemed like it offered me more of what I was looking for. I think I have made progress, and I know I am enjoying this.
Tomorrow will be another chance to find time to share more with my (so far) non-existent audience, but it will still all be here when people come looking. I have so many ideas, and I am not quite sure how to put them all into practice yet, but I will find a way.
I am relaxing in my favourite chair, with a cup of chamomile tea, writing this as I try to wind down and relax before bed. I like the peace and calm that descends when the children have gone to bed - it gives me more time to think. I think this may be the best time of day for blogging!

I felt the website wouldn't be complete without a blog! How else am i going to share the weird and wonderful things that I see, find and think with you? More importantly, how would everyone share their thoughts with me?
I am very excited about this website, I hope it works well (for us all). It is a work in progress, and hopefully will be expanding and growing as often as I can find the time to sit down and write for a while.
I look forward to people's comments and suggestions. I won't know if I am on the right track if no-one is leaving me feedback. I just have to remember to be patient until people find the way here.
